Q:What is the minimum order quantity?

The general MOQ is 200 pieces per shipment, color, style, or logo. For special specifications, it may be higher.
Q:How long does it take to produce samples?
A:
Cap samples are produced within 7 days. A sample fee of USD 100 is charged but credited back with bulk orders over 300pcs.
Q:What are the delivery times for bulk orders?
A:
Delivery takes 15-35 days after receiving the deposit or L/C. Bulk production starts 30 days after sample confirmation.
Q:What payment terms are accepted?
A:
We accept Irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T (30% deposit, balance against finished production notice), Western Union, and PayPal.
Q:Can you provide certification documents?
A:
Yes, we provide BSCI and Sedex certifications. GSP Form A or Certificate of Origin is also available upon request.
