Yes, colors can be customized based on the Pantone color card. Logos can be applied via embroidery, patches, printing, or other methods as per your design.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, and D/P. Typically, a 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance against the notice of finished production.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:
Sample time is 15-17 days. Bulk delivery takes 15-35 days after receiving the deposit or L/C, depending on the order quantity and quality.
Q:Is sample fee refundable?
A:
Samples are free if in stock (buyer pays freight). For customized designs, a sample fee of USD100 is charged but fully credited upon placing a bulk order over 300pcs.
