The general MOQ is 200 pieces per shipment and 200 pieces per color/style/logo. For special specifications or materials, the minimum quantity might be higher.
Q:How long does it take to produce samples?
A:
Cap samples are ready in 7 days. A sample fee of USD 100.00 applies, which is fully credited back when placing a bulk order over 300 pieces.
Q:What are the delivery time and payment terms?
A:
Delivery takes 15-35 days after receiving the deposit or L/C. Payment terms include Irrevocable L/C at sight, TT with 30% deposit, and balance against finished production notice.
Q:What logo application methods are available?
A:
We offer regular embroidery, 3D embroidery, applique, PU/rubber/PVC patches, tie-dye, flock print, sublimation, silk screen, embossment, and custom applications.
Q:What artwork formats are required for custom logos?
A:
Send black and white or colored artworks with size, color, and position indications. Preferred formats are .ai or .jpg. For existing embroideries, provide .dst files.
