Q:What is the minimum order quantity?

In general, the minimum quantity is 200 pieces per shipment and 200 pieces per color/style/logo. For special specifications and materials, the minimum quantity might be higher.
Q:How much does a sample cost?
A:
Samples are free when placing a bulk order over 300 pieces. If ordering a sample before a bulk order, a fee of USD 100.00 applies to cover costs, which will be fully credited with bulk production.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery time is 15-35 days upon receipt of the deposit or L/C. Cap samples are ready in 7 days, and bulk production takes 30 days after sample confirmation.
Q:What logo application methods are available?
A:
We offer regular embroidery, 3D embroidery, applique, PU/rubber/PVC badges, tie-dye, fancy embroidery, flock print, sublimation, glitter, puff print, silk screen, embossment, and custom applications.
Q:What artwork files are required for logos?
A:
Send black and white or colored artworks with size, color, and position indications. Preferred formats are .ai or .jpg. For existing embroidery, supply .dst files. For screen printing, provide color separated positive films.
