Q:Does the spreader need electricity or a hydraulic pack?

No. It is 100% mechanical. The crane's own lifting motion, transmitted through the control wire rope and ratchet linkage, rotates the twist locks. This means zero power consumption and no electrical or hydraulic maintenance.

Q:How does it lock and unlock without a worker on the container?

Lowering onto the container and then lifting automatically turns the four locks to the locked position; after the container is placed and the frame settles, the next lift turns them to unlocked. The crane operator completes the whole cycle from the cab.

Q:What capacity do you offer?

Standard models are rated 32t/35t for 20ft and 40t/41t for 40ft, with heavier-duty 45t frames available. All frames are load tested and supplied with a test certificate.

Q:What is the warranty and after-sales arrangement?

A 12-month warranty after delivery applies to main structural and manufacturing defects. Spare lock heads, wire ropes and wear parts are available long-term, with English manuals and online technical support.
