Q:Can I customize the equipment according to my working site?
A:
Yes. Overhead & gantry cranes, truss manipulators, and electric transfer carts can be customized based on load capacity, span, stroke, power supply, and site conditions.
Q:How do you pack and ship the equipment?
A:
Electrical components use vacuum moisture-proof packaging. Steel structures have anti-rust protection. Fumigation-free wooden cases are optional, and flat rack/open-top containers are used for oversize cargo.
Q:What is your warranty policy and after-sales service?
A:
We provide a 12-month warranty for the whole machine (excluding wearing parts) with free replacement parts for quality failures. Remote video technical support is available for overseas customers.
Q:Can you arrange engineers for site survey?
A:
On-site survey service is available for domestic projects. For overseas buyers, please send site dimensions and photos for us to complete drawings and technical solutions.
