Yes. Overhead & gantry cranes, truss manipulators, electric transfer carts can be customized based on load capacity, span, stroke, power supply and site conditions. We provide professional customized layout solutions.
Q:How do you pack and ship the equipment?
A:
Electrical components use vacuum moisture-proof packaging. Steel structures are reinforced with anti-rust protection. Fumigation-free wooden cases are optional. For oversize cargo, we arrange flat rack & open-top container sea freight solutions.
Q:What's your warranty policy and after-sales service?
A:
12 months warranty for the whole machine (wearing parts excluded). Free replacement parts for quality failures within warranty. We provide remote video technical support for overseas customers.
Q:Can you arrange engineers for site survey?
A:
On-site survey service available for domestic projects. For overseas buyers, simply send site dimensions and photos, we will complete drawings and technical solutions.
