We provide a one-year warranty service for the machine. Please note that consumables like printheads and ink systems are not covered.
Q:What happens if the machine is damaged during shipping?
A:
If the machine is damaged during transportation, we will assist with the insurance claim process to ensure your funds are recouped.
Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are lost or damaged during sea shipping?
A:
Due to the long shipping time and marine environment, print heads may be damaged or lost. The cost is borne by the buyer, so we recommend sending them via DHL separately.
Q:Is there a return policy for the machine?
A:
Within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine at the same price for no reason or make up the difference to exchange for a higher-priced product.
Q:What if the machine is damaged due to operating errors?
A:
Damage caused by buyer operating errors is not covered under warranty. The buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs for accessories and repairs.
