The machine comes with a lifetime warranty for mechanical defects. However, the ink system and print heads are not covered. If damage is caused by buyer operating errors, shipping costs for repairs are borne by the buyer.

Print heads are included with air orders. For sea orders, the customer decides. Due to long shipping times and marine environments, heads may be damaged or lost, and the buyer bears the cost. It is recommended to ship heads separately via DHL.

Some freight forwarders cannot transport ink. You must choose designated forwarders capable of carrying ink. Shipping schedules may be delayed, and relevant expenses are borne by the buyer.
