Q:What is the warranty period for the machine?

The machine comes with a lifetime warranty for mechanical defects. However, the ink system and print heads are excluded from this warranty and are covered under a separate one-year service agreement.

Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are damaged during shipping?

For sea orders, print heads are not included with the machine due to shipping risks. If damaged or lost, the cost is borne by the buyer. It is recommended to send print heads separately via DHL.

Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine at the same price for no reason or pay the difference to exchange for a higher-priced product.
