For air orders, print heads are included with the machine. For sea orders, the customer must decide whether to include them, as they may be damaged during long shipping times.
Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are damaged during shipping?

If print heads are damaged or lost during shipping, the cost is borne by the buyer. It is recommended to send them separately via DHL to avoid damage.
