We provide a one-year warranty. It covers mechanical defects but excludes the ink system and print heads. Damage caused by customer operation is not covered.

Q:Do you offer after-sales service overseas?

Yes, we provide both online support and overseas after-service to ensure customers anywhere can receive home service.

Q:What are the shipping policies for print heads?

For air orders, print heads are included with the machine. For sea orders, customers must decide. Due to shipping risks, we recommend sending print heads via DHL separately at the buyer's expense if lost or damaged.

Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or pay the difference for a higher-priced product without reason.
