The machine comes with a 1-year warranty. It covers mechanical defects but excludes the ink system and print heads. Damage caused by customer operation is not covered.

Q:How is shipping handled for ink and print heads?

Designated freight forwarders must be used as some cannot carry ink. For air orders, print heads are included; for sea orders, customers decide. If print heads are lost or damaged during sea shipping, the buyer bears the cost.

Q:What if the machine is damaged during transportation?

If the machine is damaged during transit, the company will assist with the insurance claim process to ensure the customer recoups their funds.

Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?
