Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

The machine comes with a lifetime warranty for mechanical defects. However, the ink system and print heads are excluded from this warranty. Consumables are not covered.
Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are damaged during shipping?
A:
For sea orders, print heads are easily damaged or lost due to long shipping times. If damaged or lost, the cost is borne by the buyer. It is recommended to send them via DHL separately.
Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can enjoy the exchange of machines at the same price for no reason or make up the difference to exchange for higher-priced products.
Q:What happens if the machine is damaged due to my operation?
A:
If the machine is damaged due to customer operations or buyer operating error, it is not covered under warranty. The buyer must bear the shipping costs for round-trip accessories for repair.
