Q:What happens if the machine is damaged during shipping?

We assist with the insurance claim process to ensure funds are recouped. However, if damage is due to buyer operation, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Q:Are print heads included in sea shipments?

Print heads for air orders are included with the machine. For sea orders, the customer decides, but we recommend sending them via DHL separately to avoid loss or damage.
