Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

The machine comes with a one-year warranty. It covers mechanical defects but excludes the ink system and print heads. Damage caused by buyer operating errors is not covered.
Q:How is shipping handled for print heads?
A:
Print heads are included with air orders. For sea orders, the customer decides. Due to potential damage or loss during long sea transit, it is recommended to ship print heads separately via DHL, with costs borne by the buyer.
Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or pay the difference for a higher-priced model without a reason.
Q:What are the lead times for delivery?
A:
The average lead time is within 15 working days, regardless of whether it is peak season or off-season.
