Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
A:
We provide a 1-year warranty. It covers mechanical defects but excludes the ink system and print heads. Damage caused by buyer operating errors is not covered.
Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or add the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product.
Q:What are the shipping requirements for ink and print heads?
A:
Designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink. Print heads for air orders are included, but for sea orders, the customer decides. Due to shipping risks, we recommend sending print heads via DHL separately.
Q:Do you provide after-sales service for overseas customers?
A:
Yes, we offer both online and overseas after-sales service. We prioritize one-on-one exclusive service to ensure timely technical support.
Q:What are the payment terms accepted?
A:
