Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are damaged during shipping?

If print heads are damaged or lost due to long shipping times or marine environments, the cost is borne by the buyer. We recommend sending them separately via DHL.

Q:What happens if the machine is damaged due to buyer operating errors?

Damage caused by buyer operating errors is not covered under warranty. The buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs for accessories and repairs.
