Product Q&A

Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

We provide a one-year warranty for the machine. However, the ink system and print heads are excluded from this coverage.

Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are damaged during shipping?

For sea orders, if print heads are damaged or lost due to the marine environment, the cost is borne by the buyer. We recommend sending them via DHL separately.

Q:Does the warranty cover damage caused by customer operation errors?

No, damage caused by customer operation errors is not covered under warranty. The buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs for accessories.

Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for the same price or make up the difference for a higher-priced product.

Q:What are the shipping restrictions regarding ink?

Some designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink. You must choose specific forwarders, which may cause delays, and relevant expenses are borne by the buyer.
