Product Q&A

Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

The machine comes with a one-year warranty. It covers mechanical defects but excludes the ink system and print heads.

Q:What happens if the machine is damaged during shipping?

If damaged during transport, the company will assist with the insurance claim process to recoup funds. However, if damaged due to buyer operation, the buyer bears the shipping costs.

Q:How are print heads handled for air and sea shipments?

Print heads are included with air orders. For sea orders, the customer decides. Due to risks of damage or loss in marine environments, we recommend sending print heads separately via DHL.

Q:What are the shipping restrictions regarding ink?

Some freight forwarders cannot transport ink. You must choose designated forwarders, which may cause delays. Any relevant expenses due to these restrictions are borne by the buyer.

Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for the same price or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product.
