We provide a one-year warranty. However, the ink system and print heads are excluded. If damage is caused by buyer operating errors, shipping costs for repairs are borne by the buyer.

Q:How is shipping handled for print heads?

Print heads are included with air orders. For sea orders, the customer decides. Due to risks of damage or loss in marine environments, we recommend sending print heads via DHL separately at the buyer's expense.

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product.
