Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

We provide a one-year warranty covering mechanical defects. However, the ink system and print heads are excluded from this coverage.
Q:What happens if the print heads are damaged during shipping?
A:
For sea orders, print heads are determined by the customer. If they are damaged or lost due to the marine environment, the cost is borne by the buyer. We recommend sending them via DHL separately.
Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or pay the difference for a higher-priced product without a reason.
Q:Who pays for shipping costs if the machine is damaged due to operating errors?
A:
If the machine is damaged due to buyer operating errors, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for accessories.
