We provide a one-year warranty for the machine. However, the ink system and print heads are not covered. If damage occurs due to buyer operating errors, shipping costs for accessories are borne by the buyer.

Q:How is shipping handled for print heads?

Print heads are included with air orders. For sea orders, the customer decides. Due to long shipping times and marine environments, heads may get damaged or lost, and the buyer bears the cost. We recommend sending them separately via DHL.

Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine at the same price or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product without any reason.

Q:What are the shipping restrictions regarding ink?
