Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

We provide a one-year warranty service for the machine. However, consumables like printheads and the ink system are not covered. If damage occurs due to buyer operating errors, shipping costs for repairs are borne by the buyer.

Q:How are shipping and print head delivery handled?

For air orders, print heads are included with the machine. For sea orders, the customer determines the print head shipment. Due to long shipping times and marine environments, heads may be damaged or lost; if so, the cost is borne by the buyer. We recommend sending heads separately via DHL.

Q:What are the shipping restrictions regarding ink?

Some designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink. You must choose our recommended forwarders. During this period, shipping schedules may be delayed, and relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
