Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

We provide a one-year warranty covering mechanical defects. However, the ink system and print heads are excluded from this coverage.
Q:Can the print size be customized?

Yes, the maximum print size is available in optional configurations of 1.6m, 1.8m, and 3.2m.
Q:What happens if the print heads are damaged during shipping?
A:
For sea orders, print heads are not included in the machine shipment. If they are damaged or lost during transit, the cost is borne by the buyer.
Q:Is there a return or exchange policy?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or upgrade to a higher-priced model.
Q:What if the machine is damaged due to my operation?
A:
Damage caused by buyer operating errors is not covered under warranty, and the buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs for accessories.
