Product Q&A

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

The machine comes with a 5-year warranty. However, consumables such as ink systems and print heads are not covered. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by buyer operating errors.

Q:How are print heads shipped for sea freight?

For sea orders, print heads are determined by the customer. Due to long shipping times and complex marine environments, it is recommended to send print heads separately via DHL to avoid damage or loss, with costs borne by the buyer.

Q:What after-sales support is provided?

We provide one-on-one exclusive service with a dedicated team. Buyers can enjoy one-year warranty service and home service support regardless of their location, ensuring rapid problem resolution.

Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?

Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for the same price or make up the difference to exchange for a higher-priced product.

Q:Who bears the shipping costs for repairs due to buyer error?

If the machine is damaged due to buyer operating errors, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for accessories and repairs.
