The one-year warranty covers mechanical defects. However, consumables like ink systems and print heads are excluded from this warranty coverage.
Q:Who bears the cost if print heads are damaged during shipping?

If print heads are damaged or lost due to long shipping times or marine environments, the cost is borne by the buyer. It is recommended to send them separately via DHL.
Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine at the same price for no reason or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product.
Q:What happens if the machine is damaged due to user error?
A:
Damage caused by customer operations is not covered under warranty. The buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs for accessories if repair is needed.
Q:Are there any restrictions on shipping ink?

Some freight forwarders cannot carry ink. You must use designated forwarders for ink transport, which may cause schedule delays and extra expenses borne by the buyer.
