Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
A:
We provide a one-year warranty for the machine, excluding the ink system and print heads. Damage caused by buyer operating errors is not covered.
Q:How is shipping handled for print heads?
A:
Print heads are included with air orders. For sea orders, customers must decide on the print heads. Due to potential damage or loss during long sea transit, we recommend sending them separately via DHL at the buyer's expense.
Q:What are the shipping restrictions regarding ink?
A:
Some freight forwarders cannot transport ink. You must use designated forwarders, which may cause delays. Any relevant expenses due to these restrictions are borne by the buyer.
Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for one of the same price or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product without reason.
Q:What happens if the machine is damaged during transportation?
A:
If the machine is damaged during transit, our company will assist with the insurance claim process to ensure your funds are recouped.
