We provide a one-year warranty service. However, the ink system and print heads are not covered.
Q:What happens if the machine is damaged during shipping?

We will assist with the insurance claim process to ensure funds are recouped. For air orders, print heads are included; for sea orders, they are determined by the customer as they may be lost or damaged.
Q:Is the machine covered if damaged by user error?
A:
No, damage caused by customer operations is not covered under warranty. The buyer bears the round-trip shipping costs for accessories.
Q:Can I exchange the machine after purchase?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine for the same price or pay the difference for a higher-priced product.
Q:What are the shipping restrictions for ink?
A:
Some freight forwarders cannot carry ink. You must choose designated forwarders, which may cause delays. Relevant expenses are borne by the buyer.
