Q:Can I make my own design for small quantities?

Yes, we can. We have our own professional design team and accept low MOQ and different category orders. We also have our own warehouse, which is our strength.

Q:How do you control the quality?

We have our own QC team. Every item and order undergoes inspection, and we send reports for your confirmation. We perform 100% inspection of goods to ensure a very low defective rate.

Q:What is the delivery time?

For samples, it takes about 5-7 days. For orders, it depends on the quantity, normally about 30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We usually accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment or copy of BL as the main payment term. Of course, this can be negotiated according to the order.
