Q:Can I create my own design for small quantity orders?

Yes, we have a professional design team and support low MOQs for different categories. We also have our own warehouse, which is our strength.
Q:How do you control product quality?
A:
We have our own QC team. Every item and order undergoes inspection, and we send reports for confirmation. We perform 100% inspection to ensure a very low defect rate.
Q:What is the delivery time for samples and orders?
A:
Samples take about 5-7 days. For orders, it depends on quantity, normally about 30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We usually accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment or copy of BL. Terms can be negotiated according to the order.
Q:What is the process for making an order?
A:
1. Sample approval. 2. Client makes 30% deposit or opens LC after receiving PI. 3. Client approves PP sample and gets testing report if necessary. 4. FRI. 5. Arrange shipment. 6. Supplier sends document copies. 7. Client pays balance. 8. Supplier sends original documents or telex releases goods. 9. 60-day quality warranty after shipment.
