We have a dedicated QC team that inspects every item and every order. We send inspection reports for your confirmation and conduct 100% inspection of goods to ensure a very low defect rate.
Q:What is the delivery time for samples and orders?

For samples, it takes about 5-7 days. For orders, it depends on the quantity, but normally it is about 30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.
Q:What are your payment terms?

We usually accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment or copy of BL as the main payment term. Other terms can be negotiated according to the order.
Q:What is the process for making an order?

1. Sample approval. 2. Client makes 30% deposit or opens LC after receiving PI. 3. Client approves PP sample and gets testing report if necessary. 4. Production. 5. Arrange shipment. 6. Supplier sends document copies. 7. Client pays balance. 8. Supplier sends original documents or telex releases goods. 9. 60-day quality warranty after shipment.
