Yes. Our stock size sample is free and the express cost is free if the sample is sent to your China agent. If you need an OEM printed sample which must be the same as your artwork, then some sample cost will be charged but refunded after you order finally. If you need us to send a sample overseas, then we will charge part of the express cost.
