Q:How do I need to prepare the wall before I install wall panels?
A:
The wall must be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc., and thoroughly dried. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth. Porous materials like highly textured drywall, raw plywood, or wallpaper must be removed, sanded, and primed to prevent adhesive failure.
Q:When will the goods be delivered?
A:
Delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. For large orders, it takes about 30 days.
Q:What is the payment term?

50% deposit at first via T/T, 50% balance pay before the shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
