Q:How do I need to prepare the wall before I install wall panels?
A:
The wall needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc., and dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth. Porous materials like highly textured drywall or raw wood without primer must be removed, sanded, and primed to avoid adhesive failure.
Q:When will the goods be delivered?
A:
Delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. For large orders, we need about 30 days.
Q:What is the payment term?
A:
The payment term is 50% deposit at first via T/T, and 50% balance pay before the shipment. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q:Can I get a sample for free?
A:
Yes, a free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
Q:Do I need trims to finish my project?
A:
No. Adding and using trims is a personal choice and not required. See product installation guides for ways to finish an edge without trims.
