The wall must be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc., and thoroughly dried. Acceptable substrates include drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling and sand smooth. Porous materials like highly textured drywall, raw plywood, or wallpaper must be removed, sanded, and primed to prevent adhesive failure.

Delivery time depends on product type and order quantity. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. For large orders, we need about 30 days.

The payment term is 50% deposit at first via T/T, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
