Q:How do I need to prepare the wall before I install wall panels?
A:
The wall needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc., and dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth. Porous materials like highly textured drywall or raw wood without primer must be sanded and primed to avoid adhesive failure.
Q:When will the goods be delivered?

Delivery time depends on product type and order quantity. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. For large orders, we need about 30 days.
