The wall needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc., and dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth. Porous materials like highly textured drywall, raw wood without primer, or wallpaper must be removed, sanded, and primed to avoid adhesive failure.

Delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. For large orders, we need about 30 days.

The payment term is 50% deposit at first via T/T, and 50% balance payment before shipment. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
