The wall needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc. Ensure it is dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Repair any damaged, loose, or uneven areas by patching, leveling, and priming. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling and sand smooth. Avoid porous materials like highly textured drywall, raw plywood, or wallpaper unless removed, sanded, and primed to prevent adhesive failure.

Delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. For large orders, we need about 30 days.
