Q:How do I need to prepare the wall before I install wall panels?
A:
The wall needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc. After cleaning, ensure it is dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth. Porous materials like highly textured drywall or raw wood without primer will result in adhesive failure unless removed, sanded, and primed.
Q:When will the goods be delivered?
