Q:How do I need to prepare the wall before I install wall panels?
A:
The wall must be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc., and thoroughly dried. Acceptable substrates include drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose, or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling and sand smooth.
