The wall must be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, and wax, and thoroughly dried. Acceptable substrates include drywall, plaster, or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled, and primed. Fill cracks with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth. Porous materials like textured drywall or raw wood without primer must be sanded and primed to prevent adhesive failure.

Delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity. For small orders, we can usually ship within 7-15 days after receiving full payment. For large orders, it takes about 30 days.

The payment term is 50% deposit via T/T at the beginning, and the 50% balance must be paid before shipment. We will provide photos of the products and packages for confirmation before you pay the balance.

Yes, free samples are available. The freight cost can be either collected by the receiver or prepaid by the sender.
