Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2011.

Q:Where is your factory located and can I visit?

MYWIN CASTER has two bases: one in Guangzhou city producing TPR, Nylon, PU, and Medical casters, and another in Ningbo city dedicated to Industrial, Heavy duty, Shopping cart, and Rubber casters. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

Q:What is the delivery time?

In general, within 15-25 days. It also depends on the order quantity.

Q:What are the payment terms?

Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

Q:Can I get samples and what is the timing?

Yes, for some regular samples, we can provide no more than 2pcs free samples, but please bear the logistics cost at your own expense.
