Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2011.

Q:Where is your factory? Can I visit?

We have two bases: one in Guangzhou producing TPR, Nylon, PU, and Medical casters, and another in Ningbo for Industrial and Heavy duty casters. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

Q:What is your delivery time?

In general, within 15-25 days. It also depends on the order quantity.

Q:What is the term of payment?

Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

Q:Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?

Yes, for some regular samples, we can provide no more than 2pcs free samples, but please bear the logistics cost at your own expense.
