Can you customize casters?

Yes, we do both OEM and ODM. Our customization includes but is not limited to size, load-bearing capacity, and special performance such as noise reduction, shock absorption, and corrosion resistance.

We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2011.

Q:Where is your factory located?

MYWIN CASTER has two production bases: one in Guangzhou city producing TPR, Nylon, PU, and Medical casters, and another in Ningbo city dedicated to Industrial, Heavy duty, Shopping cart, and Rubber casters.

Q:What is the delivery time?

In general, within 15-25 days. It also depends on the order quantity.

Q:What are the payment terms?

Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

Q:Can I get free samples?

Yes, for some regular samples, we can provide no more than 2pcs free samples, but please bear the logistics cost at your own expense.
