According to standard or customer's requirement to check random after final packing to ensure the quality(QA).

Can you customize casters?

Yes, we do both OEM and ODM. Our customization includes but not limited to size, load-bearing capacity, special performance such as noise reduction, shock absorption, corrosion resistance and other requirements. We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2011.

Q:Where is your factory located?

MYWIN CASTER has two production bases: one in Guangzhou city producing TPR, Nylon, PU, and Medical casters, and another in Ningbo city dedicated to Industrial, Heavy duty, Shopping cart, and Rubber casters.

Q:What is your delivery time?

In general, within 15-25 days. It also depends on the order quantity.

Q:What are the payment terms?

Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

Q:Can I get samples?

Yes, for some regular samples, we can provide no more than 2pcs free samples, but please bear the logistics cost at your own expense.
