Q:Where is your factory located?

We have two bases: one in Guangzhou city producing TPR, Nylon, PU, and Medical casters, and another in Ningbo city dedicated to Industrial, Heavy duty, Shopping cart, and Rubber casters.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Generally within 15-25 days, depending on the order quantity.

Q:What are the payment terms?

30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.

Q:Can I get free samples?

Yes, we provide no more than 2pcs free samples for regular items, but you must bear the logistics cost.
