Wedge gate valves are not allowed to be opened slightly as energy saving devices in the pipeline to avoid accerlerated damage to the sealing surface due to the erosion of high-speed flowing medium.

Bodies adopts a structural shape suitable for the lining process requirements;The inner cavity of the body and bonnet,and outer surface of the gate plate and stem are in lined with fluoroplastics.

The sealing pair is made of FEP(F46)/FEP(F46) or other materials,with low friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque.

PTFE(F4) standard packing is used for packing,with good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement.

The elastic gate can compensate for the sealing deviation between the gate sealing surface and the seat ,with good coincidence and ideal sealing effect.

The medium can pass through the gate valve from either side in any direction,and is suitable for use as an opening and closing device on pipelines where the medium direction may change.
