Butterfly valve has taken sealing performance as the main indicator for evaluation in addition to throttle and intercepting flow in pipelines, and favored by the market.

The butterfly valve has the advantages of small volume,light weight,simple structure,and so on.

The four level sealing structure is adopted,and the temperature resistance and antiaging SI rubber elastic cushion seat is equipped outside the sealing surface to completely achieve zero leakage.

The butterfly plate can be rotated 90 to achieve the opening and closing process.

Also,due to the approximately equal media forces acting on the butterfly plates on both sides of the shaft and the opposite torque,the opening and closing torque is small.

There are two basic types of this valve:flange type and wafer type(center line)fully lined wafer type butterfly valves,which use a split two-piece body combination.

The seat and body lining are integrated.When the valve is working ,only the fully plastic seat and plastic lined butterfly plate are in contact with the medium.

The product can withstand any medium corrosion except for molten alkali metals and the elemental fluorine.

The inner surface of the valve body channel is smooth,the fluid resistance is small,the CV value is high,the flow capacity is strong,and the torque is moderate.
