Q:What is your standard lead time for bulk production and sample delivery?
A:
Sample swatches can be dispatched within 3-5 days if in stock. For bulk orders, the standard production lead time is typically 20-30 days after lab dip approval and deposit receipt.
Q:Can we request custom colors (Pantone) and what is the MOQ per color?
A:
Absolutely. We accept customization based on Pantone codes or physical swatches. The standard MOQ for custom dyeing is 1,000 meters per color, but we offer flexible MOQs for trial orders with stock greige fabrics.
Q:Can I have a customized design on the fabric?
A:
We accept color customization, it's okay to dye fabrics based on your requirement. We're able to modulate the color seeing Pantone swatch as a reference. If you'll express us the fabric sample, we will dye the same color. Regarding printing the required design on the fabric, we have a great number of design options for you to choose as reference, of course welcome to share your own design with us in high resolution JPG or file format.
Q:How long will I receive my purchase?
A:
We can send samples within 3-5 days, sample delivery is by express, you're able to receive them very soon. For the great batch order, the lead time of regular fabric types is 2 weeks. Actual production will depend whether the requested design color is in stock or we need to reproduce more for a customized weaving of the required greige fabric composition.
Q:Baby double gauze is notorious for high shrinkage. How do you control the shrinkage rate for bulk production?
A:
Unprocessed double gauze can shrink up to 10%. To protect your garment sizing accuracy, all our bulk fabrics undergo a specialized high-temperature tensionless tentering and pre-shrinking process.
